2022 VOLVO VNR

Recalls, Specs & Safety Report

Expert Verdict
⚠️Elevated Concerns

The 2022 Volvo VNR demonstrates an impressive reliability profile, although the recall data indicates significant concerns with critical systems like wheels and the braking system. Owners should remain vigilant about these recalls, especially given the early peak failure mileage.

Key Factor:Critical safety component issues

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

The presence of recalls addressing vital systems such as wheels and brakes is alarming, particularly for families with children who may be seated in the back. A compromised wheel hub could lead to loss of control while driving, endangering all passengers, especially younger ones who are more vulnerable in high-impact scenarios. Additionally, issues with adaptive cruise control braking can result in unpredictable stopping behavior that could pose a severe risk during normal driving conditions.
