πWhy This Matters
The presence of two recalls within such a short production span for the 2025 Range Rover signals potential lapses in manufacturing quality that are at odds with Land Rover's esteemed reputation for luxury and performance. The seat belt issue directly impacts passenger safety, while the powertrain recall raises questions about transmission reliabilityβa vital component for this segment of premium SUV. With luxury buyers having heightened expectations for dependability, these defects could influence long-term brand loyalty and perceptions of quality.
