STEERING

When driving on the highway and making small adjustments to keep straight, the steering system will get stuck and suddenly jerk. This causes you to overcorrect and you have to steer back the other direction. This issue has continued getting worse and now affects the car at speeds >20 MPH. This used to only occur at >60 MPH.

On july 18 I was stopped in the red light behind a car in the New York City suddenly my car moved I applied the brake hard but almost hit the car in front. The message in the dashboard were -Depress brake pedal apply parking brake, brake system problem brake performance may be reduced, brake hold system problem apply brake when stopped, vechile stability assist system problem reduce traction and handling,Hill decent control system problem apply brake when descending, adaptive cruise control system problem, collision mitigation braking system problem, low speed braking control problem.I turned off the car and start again and it worked. This was the first time I was able to take the pictures it happened before as well but I was unable to take picture. After that I took the car to Hillside honda service center I showed them the message of the dashboard which was on my phone. The car was in the service center for two days they said that my car was fine at that time the message of the dashboard was only in my phone. On month of Sep and Oct I took the car again to the Hillside Honda service center with same issue and after staying two days in the service center they said my car was fine. After that I press braking hold and continued my work.On Nov 6 and Nov 8 same problem occurred I was able to take pictures.Beginning of Nov I was driving at the highway suddenly the message pops up I was sure that the brake wouldn’t work, Push the emergency lights, changed the lane and I was lucky that there was a empty space on the corner of the highway. I applied the brake but the car stopped almost 10- 15 meters ahead. I turned off the car there was no customer after 5 minutes when I start the car everything was fine.On Nov 23 I was driving at the highway with a customer same message pops up in the dashboard press the emergency light, changed the lane and again found a empty space at the side of the Highway. This time also I was able to take the picture.

While driving, I used the factory wireless phone charger in my Honda CR-V with an iPhone 15 Pro. The phone was placed directly on the charging pad with no case and Apple CarPlay was in use. During an extended drive, the phone failed to charge beyond approximately 50% and became excessively hot. Charging appeared inconsistent or stopped while heat continued to increase. I am concerned that the wireless charging system may cause overheating that could damage devices or present a potential fire or safety hazard. This occurred during normal, expected use of the vehicle’s built-in equipment.

VISIBILITY/WIPER

Driver's side mirror spontaneously cracked down the middle, potentially from cold temperature. The mirror was not hit by any object, just cracked out of nowhere. Taking it to Honda dealership next week, but online search reveals this seems to be a problem with these recent Honda models.

Windshield in my 2025 Honda CRV EX-L cracked open when I turned on my Heat defroster. Put a big huge crack in my windshield just from using the defroster.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL

Sudden unintended acceleration when parked, resulted in crashing our car.

STRUCTURE

I’ve noticed several issues with the 2025 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid. The hood vibrates excessively, and both the hatch and hatch lock appear to be misaligned. Additionally, the gaps and flushness between the hood and the surrounding body panels, as well as the alignment of the rear hatch, are inconsistent. TI have concerns with the sealing of the doors and the rubber seals throughout the entire vehicle, as they do not appear to be installed correctly.

Safety Systems🔵 Low
FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE

The automatic braking system provides warning and brakes the car automatically with no trigger to do so. Has happened several times. My safety is at risk due to the vehicle braking for no reason while in traffic disrupting my own controlling the vehicle. The car is at dealer currently however they saying something "HAD" to trigger it and that I just wasn't aware. Not able to recreate at current moment.

SERVICE BRAKES

I was pulling into parking space very slowly, stepped on the brake. The brake made a loud grinding sound. I pressed a little bit more cause I didn’t understand what was going on in the car at launched forward hit a tree slowed down a little and then kept going all the way down across street into more trees in a bush. I did not press the gas pedal at all. I was on the break.
