Recalls, Specs & Safety Report

Expert Verdict
βœ“Good Reliability

The 2025 BMW R 1300 GS demonstrates a solid reliability profile, bolstered by minimal recalls and a clean complaint record. However, the existence of TSBs related to the communication system and components like the clutch release lever signals areas that warrant attention during assessment.

Key Factor:Single minor recall

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

A solitary recall for the communication system in the 2025 BMW R 1300 GS is not only commendable but highlights BMW's commitment to maintaining high manufacturing standards. The recall pertains specifically to a software programming error that affects the emergency call system, which is critical for safety in an accident scenario. This kind of oversight can tarnish the reputation of even well-regarded brands, making it vital for prospective buyers to remain vigilant and informed about such issues.
