2022 AUDI SQ7

Recalls, Specs & Safety Report

Expert Verdict
⚠️Elevated Concerns

The 2022 Audi SQ7 shows some concerning reliability indicators due to two recalls affecting pivotal safety systems, such as the rearview camera and infotainment unit. Given the peak failure range of 0-20k miles, new owners should be particularly vigilant early on.

Key Factor:Safety system vulnerabilities

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

The recalls for the Audi SQ7 are significant because they relate to critical safety features like the rearview camera, which is essential for safe reversing. If there's a malfunction in this system due to a software error or internal damage from the infotainment unit, it could lead to dangerous situations while driving. While Audi generally enjoys a reputation for quality manufacturing, these lapses are a red flag for potential buyers who prioritize safety above all else.
