2022 AUDI S7

Recalls, Specs & Safety Report

Expert Verdict
⚠️Elevated Concerns

The 2022 Audi S7 shows a mix of commendable engineering and notable electrical system concerns. With two recalls primarily linked to the electrical system, current owners should maintain vigilance while prospective buyers should be aware of potential issues with sensor reliability and gateway control functionality.

Key Factor:Electrical system vulnerabilities

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

In a luxury high-performance sedan like the Audi S7, perfection in engineering is expected, particularly within its electrical systems that govern key functionalities. The recalls concerning the gateway control module and fuel gauge sensor not only pose risks to everyday usability but also impact the luxurious driving experience that Audi promises. An unreliable fuel gauge or control module can undermine driver confidence, a critical attribute for buyers in this segment who seek performance without compromise. Moreover, the presence of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) related to various electronic features further indicates that these are not isolated incidents but part of broader systemic quirks that may require ongoing attention. As such, understanding these nuances becomes vital for both current owners and those considering an investment in this vehicle.
