Standard Safety Record
The 2025 Stelvio maintains a standard safety record for ALFA ROMEO, with 2 recalls documented.

πWhy This Matters
The recalls associated with the 2025 Alfa Romeo Stelvio are significant, particularly regarding the airbag system and rearview camera functionality. A malfunctioning airbag can lead to severe safety risks in an accident situation, while issues with the back over prevention system impact reverse visibility and increase the likelihood of accidents. For a luxury SUV like this, which is built to reflect a certain standard of quality and safety, these defects can undermine its reputation and overall value in the marketplace.
Additionally, a clean complaint record suggests owners generally have not faced numerous secondary issues; however, the existence of active recalls does indicate that buyers need to be vigilant. The failure to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards can lead to diminished trust in the brandβs engineering during this model yearβa critical aspect for both prospective buyers and existing owners alike.
