Expert Verdict
βœ“Good Reliability

The 2024 Volvo XC60 demonstrates a commendable reliability outlook, particularly highlighted by a lack of consumer complaints and a singular recall focused on back over prevention software. This recalls addresses a critical safety function, but with no additional complaints, the model's engineering appears sound overall.

Key Factor:Single recall for software issue

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

A single recall in the 2024 Volvo XC60, concerning the back over prevention system, indicates that while there is an acknowledged issue related to rear visibility compliance, it is relatively minor when set against the backdrop of a clean complaint record. This absence of complaints suggests that the engineering quality and manufacturing standards employed for this model are notably high, which is impressive in today’s automotive landscape where recalls and issues are common even in new models. For buyers focused on safety and reliability, this model stands out commendably within its segment.
