5 recalls for this vehicle1.5 avg. recalls per vehicle (brand)
πWhy This Matters
Powertrain issues affect both daily reliability and long-term ownership costs. Unexpected stalling creates inconvenience at best and safety hazards at worst.
Insurance companies review vehicle reliability data when setting premiums. Models with elevated recall rates often see adjusted pricing.
Given this model year's elevated concern level, budget for a thorough pre-purchase inspection.

SEAT BELTS
The back seat - seat belt strangles the neck ( my husband tried it & it was the sane) & if in accident the seat belt will break the neck or cause death & there is no way to adjust even when var was not moving the seat belt left marks on my neck - when traveling at 40 miles per hour it was excruciatingly painful - this is a major safety problem since wearing a seatbelt is totally necessary - dealer is unresponsive. There are other safety issues with this car & I just learned there is no crash test data
