2024 MASERATI Ghibli

Recalls, Specs & Safety Report

Expert Verdict
⚠️Elevated Concerns

The 2024 Maserati Ghibli, while boasting a luxurious reputation, faces a critical software-related recall affecting its rearview visibility. This flaw could hinder safety in reversing situations, which is particularly concerning given the high-performance nature of the vehicle.

Key Factor:Rearview software malfunction

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

In the world of luxury sports sedans, every detail matters, particularly when it concerns safety. The inadequacy of the rearview image display not only violates Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards but also places passengers and pedestrians at risk during a critical maneuver: reversing. For a brand like Maserati, known for precision engineering and upscale performance, this lapse casts a shadow on its otherwise stellar reputation. A clean sheet in recalls would have signaled manufacturing excellence; however, even the most prestigious brands can falter under modern technological complexities.
