2020 AUDI S8

Recalls, Specs & Safety Report

Expert Verdict
⚠️Elevated Concerns

The 2020 Audi S8 displays a notable reliability concern with three active recalls, particularly affecting critical systems such as the tires and engine control module. Given the peak failure range of 0-20k miles, owners should remain vigilant about potential malfunctions in these areas.

Key Factor:Multiple safety recalls

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

The presence of multiple recalls for the 2020 Audi S8 significantly compromises its standing in the luxury sedan segment, where expectations for engineering excellence are paramount. Defects related to the tires can directly impact driving safety, while issues with the engine control module might lead to performance failures that could leave drivers stranded. In a car celebrated for its cutting-edge technology and performance pedigree, these concerns underscore a departure from the brand’s historically impeccable engineering reputation.
