Recalls, Specs & Safety Report

Expert Verdict
⚠️Elevated Concerns

The 2024 Audi RS Q8 presents a mixed reliability profile due to certain critical recalls affecting air bag performance, which must be addressed. The peak failure range of 0-20k miles indicates that early ownership may present risks that prospective buyers should closely monitor.

Key Factor:Air bag safety concerns

πŸ“‹Why This Matters

Air bags are a critical safety component in any vehicle, and the recalls associated with the 2024 Audi RS Q8 highlight potential risks in side impact protection and occupant detection systems. With issues involving improper mounting of air bags and the risk of deactivation in a passenger's seat air bag, these defects could lead to compromised safety during collisions. This is particularly significant given the performance nature of this model, where high speeds and dynamic handling demand optimal safety features.
